Yes. The 7-day trial is activated with a card, but we don't charge anything during those days and you can cancel before it ends at no cost.
When the trial ends, the plan you chose is charged and your subscription continues monthly. A few days before, we email you a reminder with the date and amount.
Yes, the prices shown include Spanish VAT.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want from the same subscription portal.
Yes. From your dashboard, under Subscription → "Manage my subscription", you open Stripe's secure portal and cancel whenever you want. You keep access until the end of the period already paid.
Tracking pauses and resumes when your plan renews: there are never extra usage charges.

Yes. When you subscribe you can enter your company name and tax ID, and the invoice is issued in its name with VAT itemised.
